These wear-resistant rubber plates are produced from a high-quality natural rubber compound (NR) that resists extreme wear, which means that typical applications can be found in bulk transport by means of conveyor belts. This version does not have a neoprene bonding layer, which makes gluing easier.

Combi para rubber plate (NR) is a para rubber material that is built up in different layers with 2 different hardnesses. The top and bottom (black) have a hardness of 60 Sh A with in the middle (red) a 40 Sh A version.

This rubber plate has been developed for high wear resistance and tear strength, while the soft core ensures optimum cushioning. 75 – 45 – 75 Sh A is also available on request, but with a green center plate (MOQ).

This plate can be processed as a seal that serves as a cushioning.

These wear-resistant rubber plates are identical to the P 6013, but are unilaterally equipped with a gray CR bonding layer of 1 mm thickness to increase the bonding force during gluing.

This reduces the load on the conveyor belt for wear.
